Why life coaching?

Life coaching helps you to focus on achieving the important goals in your life. Life coaching is strictly goal oriented; meaning it helps you remain focused on the outcomes you want to achieve, allows you to explore ways of achieving them and supports you to find the best and most efficient way to get where you want to be.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the type of changes you want to make or the goals you want to achieve. Generally, if you want to achieve progress in a specific area (e.g. be more happy in your current relationship, achieve a better level of fitness), I would recommend 6 sessions of 30 minutes each, spread over 6 weeks.
If you are planning more substantial changes, or changes in several different areas,  I suggest you opt for 12 sessions over 3 or 4 months.
Please note: I generally do not enter into long-term contracts (e.g. more than 3 months) with clients. Most of clients achieve the desired changes within that time frame.

How is a coaching program structured?

After making contact, we will identify together the areas to work on and the goals you want to achieve in a scoping session. After the initial session, I will speak to you weekly.  We will talk about the progress you have made and help you move forward towards your goals. In the final session, we review the changes and discuss how to make the changes sustainable.

Is the program flexible?

Each of the packages is flexible to fit around your needs, work and life demands. The 12 sessions of the Gold package can be taken over a period of 6 months, the 6 sessions of the Silver package over a period of 3 months. We will always schedule the next session at the end of each session.
